I had been participating in blog carnivals for months (Yaro’s advice in BM) but there was none for my specific niche. Eventually I decided to start one myself. I call it Self-Publishing: The Carnival of the Indies and I just launched it yesterday. I think there’s still a place for blog carnivals, and maybe the rapid rise of blogging makes them even more valuable now.
